Highlighting optical and coherent routing solutions to ISPs in Brazil

Additionally, Ciena recently issued a study exploring the impact artificial intelligence (AI) will have on the network. Some highlights in Brazil include:

• 87% of service providers surveyed think AI will increase traffic by more than 10% across their networks
• 57% of employees surveyed expect the financial services sector to generate the most AI traffic across networks, followed by entertainment/media (51%) and healthcare (47%)
• 92% of respondents are confident that they will be able to monetize AI traffic over their networks
